THE COLLECTIVE’S FRONT ROOM

Israeli band The Collective will rock Charlotte Street Blues with its own distinctive sound, mixing up boogied-Folk with a Middle-Eastern-Bluesy-twang. In addition to the full set, the band will hold a hands-on workshop in group improvisation, focusing on the blending together of a diverse mix of ethnicity and genres.

Bring along your instrument and join their jamming set from 7:30pm to 9pm.

The band began performing in Israel in 2008, gathering a loyal fan-base and releasing a 4-track E.P. (The Pinpoint Room) which received a good buzz. In January ‘09 they released their debut album, Never Trust the Holy Gracious Medley Band - which was picked up by Israel’s radio stations and critics.
