After a sell-out summer session, So Sushi is back. Can’t tell your wasabi from your maki? Join us for a hands-on sushi making session with professional chefs from Food@Work® Ltd. Come along and learn how to make a variety of sushi, including maki (sushi rolls), uramaki (inside-out rolls) and nigiri (hand-formed sushi). All ingredients will be kosher – and of course you’ll get to take your sushi home with you.
