Hummus-making competition

The JCC are partnering with Hummus Bros restaurant to bring you the world’s first ever hummus-making competition.

Come and learn about hummus...and see how celebrities make their own.

We’ll provide all the ingredients and utensils – all you have to do is convince celebrity judges including the Hummus Bros themselves, Silvia Nacamulli and Victoria Prever, Restaurant Critic for the Ham and High, that your hummus is the best. Hummus Bros will run a week-long special dish based on your winning recipe and donate £1 per portion sold to a charity of your choice. And of course, you'll be able to take your creation home to share with your friends. No culinary experience necessary. All ingredients used will be kosher.
