Sugar and Spice... and all things chocolate... The JCC presents a
fourth chocolate tasting evening where encouraging audience participation is never a problem.
Join us for a spice filled evening... we’ll explore how chocolate tastes when spices are added... you’ll get to taste chili chocolate mousse and chai hot chocolate. Participants will get to cook too - with the chance to create a special spice-infused brownie, which of course you can take home with you.
Carola Weymouth, who runs Cookie Crumbles cookery parties and workshops, will host the evening. Prior to running Cookie Crumbles Carola was Food & Drink editor for Family Circle Magazine and has written about food for numerous publications. All Chocoholics’ chocolate is kosher.
