FREED presents ‘BIBLIYOGA:
FREEDOM FOR A STIFF-NECKED PEOPLE’ - Bibliyoga
is a powerful method for accessing spirituality through
the body and this workshop will explore the theme of freedom.
We’ll integrate Biblical and Kabbalistic texts for
a body-soul experience that is dynamic, fun and inspiring.
Marcus teaches Bibliyoga across Europe and the USA and
his teachers include Rabbi Chaim Brovender and Tripsichore
Yoga’s Edward Clark. Come along with an open mind

MIRIAM
LEWIS will present ‘From
Shanti to Shalom’ -
A look at meditation and its role in both yoga and Judaism
and the familiarities therein - Miriam is a British Wheel
of Yoga qualified teacher, Foundation Course Tutor and
is BWY Regional Officer for London. She has been teaching
for adult education centres for over six years and has
held charity and Corporate workshops. |

A YOGA
SESSION for everyone
with MONIKA STEINER CELEBI. Monika is a psychotherapist,
movement therapist and Iyengar trained Yoga teacher with
over 20 years experience of Yoga and meditation. Her approach
to health is holistic. She believes that mind and body
are linked and influence each other. Body awareness, mindfulness
and communication are the three touchstones of her thinking.
She will encourage participants to observe their breath
and link Neshima (breathing) to the concept of Neshama

DAVID
SYE teaches YOGABEATS an eclectic mix of classical forms of yoga and runs various
classes in London. Taught by some of the leading international
teachers of today, David, in turn, teaches internationally, & extensively
in the Middle East especially Israel, Palestine/West Bank
and Egypt. His work in Israel includes work for the Israeli
Teachers Association and Reidman College. Be prepared for
accessible and energetic yoga practiced to music and rhythms.
